If you would like to decrease your stress, increase your attention and focus, sleep better, lower your blood pressure and have an increased feeling of overall well-being, then this is the class for you.  We will practice several techniques to help you release tension and stress that can be practiced anywhere and anytime.  You will leave the class understanding the importance of implementing these methods into a daily practice of letting go. No equipment or fitness clothing required.
