Lindsay Hill is vice president of human resources at Southern Company Gas. In this role, she is responsible for leading the company’s talent management, diversity and inclusion, labor relations, workforce compliance and HR delivery teams. Hill also is a member of the Southern Company Gas Management Council. Southern Company Gas is a subsidiary of Southern Company.
Before assuming her current position, Hill served as director of human resources for Georgia Power, where she provided leadership for HR delivery, medical and health management, health and wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion efforts. In 2001, Hill joined Georgia Power’s sales organization, where she served in multiple roles before becoming a HR business partner to several organizations, including distribution and region operations.
In the community, Hill serves on the board of trustees for the Chattahoochee Tech Foundation and Atlanta Ballet.
Hill holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in marketing, from Valdosta State University, and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Troy University.
