If leadership does not create the desired organizational culture, it will be built on its own. It’s all about the environment! Everyone in an organization sets the tone; everyone understanding that customers do have expectations and the team works together to create a healthy workplace relationship is how together they can manage their environment. Each person operates within their area of responsibility no matter the role; however, the entire working environment must be defined by these three things: attitude, information, and actions.
