Lori Howard Puzz is a dedicated and strategic Human Resources Business Partner at Mississippi Power, a role she has held since 2014. With more than 30 years of Human Resources experience, Puzz is responsible for partnering with various departments within Mississippi Power to provide comprehensive HR support. This includes talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Puzz is adept at identifying and addressing the unique needs of each department, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

A seasoned professional, Puzz has a passion for leadership and employee development. She holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Communication from the University of Southern Mississippi. Her professional accreditations include Achieve Global Certified Facilitator, Prosci Change Management Certified Practitioner and the Society for Human Resource Management’s Senior Certified Professional.
