Yaneira Ladner serves as an Engineering Supervisor in the Coast Division of Mississippi Power. She has held this role since 2023 and is responsible for the day-to-day distribution operations of the Biloxi, D'Iberville, and Ocean Springs areas.

Ladner began her career with Mississippi Power in 2014 as a Co-Op student in the Hattiesburg Distribution Engineering Department. In 2016, she was hired full-time as a Distribution Engineer and worked in Hattiesburg and Biloxi Service Centers. In 2020, she transferred to the position of Corporate Grid Investment Engineer, where she contributed to the initiation of grid investment programs such as Fiber to Distribution (FTD) and recloser deployments for self-healing networks. In 2022, she took on her first leadership role as Lighting Engineering Supervisor.

Ladner is originally from Starkville, MS but currently resides on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2016.
