Ahli brings deep experience within the Southern Company system, having designed and facilitated leadership initiatives for Southern Company, Georgia Power, and Alabama Power. His work equips leaders to navigate change, think strategically, strengthen team dynamics, and improve operational effectiveness—making his approach especially relevant to utility organizations, including Mississippi Power.

Prior to founding X-Factor Solutions, he served as an executive at Accenture, advising organizations on strategy and performance.
