Jonathan Cox joined Aerotek as a Recruiter in 2007. A year later he was promoted to sell Aerotek’s Industrial Division. In that role he provided workforce solutions to tier one automotive suppliers as well as other manufacturing facilities. In 2012, Jonathan had the privilege of starting the Scientific Division in Alabama where he has provided human capital solutions for companies within the Life Science, Healthcare and Consumer and Industrial Products industries. Most recently, he has added Aerotek’s Engineering business unit to his portfolio where he supports Aerotek’s work in the Energy sector.

Jonathan currently serves on the Board of Directors of BIO Alabama chairing the 2020 Workforce Development committee.
