Is there a cost to the employee to take these courses? 
No. The courses are free-of-charge for leaders. 

How many classes am I allowed to take? 
We have limited seats for many of the courses, so please only register for any you plan to attend.  You may want to consult with your direct supervisor to determine which course(s) would best support your developmental needs. 

Will the classes be recorded to watch later if I can't join live? 
No, the classes are live and will NOT be recorded. 

If I am unable to attend by when do I need to cancel my registration? 
You are encouraged to cancel well in advance (2-3 weeks) of the class date if possible.  Seats are limited so any unused seat is a missed opportunity for another leader to participate.   
If you do need to cancel, Talent Management will attempt to fill your seat with someone on the wait list.  In order to provide others with an opportunity to participate and complete any necessary pre-work, again, we ask that you provide ample notice. 
If you need to cancel, especially at the last minute, please discuss cancelling with your supervisor as they may be able to offer an alternative option for managing your conflict.   

How are these classes offered?  Are they virtual? 
Yes, they are all virtual and your full participation with video is expected for an interactive and meaningful experience.  

Should I register if I can’t participate the entire time? 
No.  We ask that you register only if you are able to participate for the duration of the workshop.  These courses are interactive and full participation is essential in order for everyone to have a meaningful experience.  Also, the workshops are designed for leaders to learn from each other so your contribution is important.
