Registration Fees:
$425 Early Bird Pricing | Registered and paid by August 1
$475 Regular Pricing | Registered and paid by September 12
After September 12, the pricing will increase to $500.

Participant payments can be made by check.

Cancellations:
September 12 is the deadline to cancel and still receive a refund.
Cancellations after September 12 will not receive a refund.
Hotel Reservations:
