Description

Most people don’t need “advanced prompt engineering”—they need reliable habits that produce better results. This session teaches a simple prompt structure (Context–Task–Format) and shows how to iterate responsibly for accuracy and completeness. Participants practice converting vague asks into high-quality prompts for summaries, drafts, and decision support—using approved tools.

Learning Objectives
•    Write prompts that improve clarity and reduce rework (specific goal + constraints + format).
•    Use iteration intentionally (“ask what questions you need,” refine outputs) — a technique reflected in internal training content.
•    Apply the policy habit: verify outputs before use/share.
