In this hands on session, participants learn how to use Southern Company’s approved AI tools to turn rough content into polished communication assets—visuals for slides, speaker notes, and scripts for short internal messages (including podcast-style narration). We’ll practice prompt patterns for clarity and tone, learn safe ways to evaluate AI outputs (accuracy, ethics, and appropriateness), and leave with reusable templates for communicating faster—without compromising responsible use.

Learning Objectives
•    Use approved tools to support image generation for presentations and communications, with practical prompting techniques. 
•    Turn a document into a structured script (short segments, conversational tone, clear transitions) and optionally produce an audio version using tools referenced in internal guidance.
•    Create stronger presentation support materials (e.g., speaker notes) using prompt guidance reflected in internal examples. 
•    Apply responsible use habits: review outputs for ethical risks, fairness, transparency, and validate before publishing or sharing.
