Registration is from 7:30 a.m. until 10 a.m. CST on September 20. 
Workshops begin at 8 a.m. and end at 9:30 a.m.

You will have the opportunity to exhibit throughout the entire conference with extended breaks for our attendees and an exhibitor reception on the evening of September 20 with heavy hors d'oeuvres served among the exhibit area for an informal atmosphere and plenty of time to talk and demonstrate products.
 
A 10'x10' exhibit space including a 6'x3" linen covered and skirted table and two chairs is available for your organization for a fee of $1,000.
 
Exhibitor space are limited and will be reserved on a first come-first serve basis.

In addition to registering with the hotel as an exibitor, each company representative planning to attend must register as a forum participant.  Please see the Register tab above for instructions on registering. 
Your exhibitor fee will also cover event registration and meals for two participants. Additional participants will be charged $200 each.
 
The registration deadline is August 21.  Please make every effort to register prior to the deadline.
