**Please read the below information thoroughly.  By registering to exhibit at the Contractor Safety Forum, you are agreeing to all of the rules and regulations below.**
 
Vendor Fair Location
The 2017 Contractor Safety Forum is located at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel and Spa at the Convention Center in the Exhibit Hall. 
 
Show Hours
You will have the opportunity to exhibit throughout the entire conference with extended lunch and breaks for our attendees and an exhibitor reception on the evening of September 20 with heavy hors d'oeuvres served among the exhibit area for an informal atmosphere and plenty of time to talk and demonstrate products.
 
10'x10' Exhibit Booth Information and Fees
Pricing for a 10'x10' booth space is $1,000. This includes credentials for two people to attend the vendor fair and a 10'x10' pipe and drape booth (to include one skirted 6'x24" table, two chairs, a 7"x40" booth identification sign with 2 lines of text and wastebasket). Any additional items needed for the exhibit will need to be ordered through Veal Convention Services. Exhibit spaces are limited and will be reserved on a first come-first serve basis.
 
Exhibits must stay within the 10'x10' booth space - this is a fire marshall standard. Exhibits will be arranged as not to obstruct the general view nor hide the exhibits of others.  A fork lift is not available at the tradeshow.  The exhibit hall is not carpeted.  The show will provide aisle carpeting, but booth carpet must be purchased through Veal Convention Services.
 
A lunch buffet and vendor fair reception on September 20, as well as a breakfast buffet on September 21 will be provided inside the vendor showcase for all attendees and exhibitors.
 
Additional Attendees
Two additional attendees are allowed per 10’x10’ exhibit booth.  The cost is $200 per additional attendee.
 
If you would like more than four attendees, additional booths will need to be purchased. Each additional booth (which includes credentials for two people) is the same pricing listed under booth fees.  More than four credentials will only be provided with purchase of additional booths
 
Additional Booths
If you would like to register for more than one booth, each booth will need to be registered for separately. Please note the registration software system does not allow for the same email to register twice, so a personal email or another attendees' email will need to be used to complete the registration.  Please put the total amount needing to be charged by the Renaissance Montgomery on the credit card authorization form. 
 
Payment
After registering, please click on the hotel credit card authorization form below to the pay the exhibitor fee of $1,000 and any additional attendee fees directly to the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel. Be sure to include your company name and amount owed. The form along with the invoice should be faxed to 334-481-5075 with attention to Jeff Dolan - Accounts Receivable. The invoice will be on the registration confirmation page after the registration is complete. All credit cards will be charged on August 28 with no refunds provided beyond that point. The cost of the exhibit as well as additional requests made on the below form will be charged. Cancellations must be confirmed prior to August 28
AV/Electrical Needs
If you have audio visual or electrical needs, please fill out the form below and email to Stephen.Taunton@encore-us.com or fax this form back with your credit card authorization form to 334-481-5175 a minimum of (14) days prior to the event date to guarantee service. All credit cards will be charged August 28 with no refunds provided beyond that point.  Cancellation must be confirmed prior to August 28.
Shipping
ALL shipments should be sent directly to Veal Convention Services between August 11-September 12.  September 13-15 will have a 20% late fee added to it.  
 
A fork lift is not available. Shipping agent is responsible for removing all freight from the truck to the dock.

Set Up and Registration
Exhibitor set up will be from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on September 19. 
 
Registration will be from 7:30 am - 10:00 a.m. on September 20. 
 
Move-Out
Move-out must take place immediately following show hours on September 21.
 
Assignment and Relocation of Exhibits
Exhibit assignments will be chosen by Southern Company.  Your booth will have the exhibiting company's name on it the day of set up (September 19).
 
We reserve the right to make the final determination of all space assignments in the best interest of the vendor fair.
